Obtain the actual dry weight, water content and bracket instructions, then have the installer assess the wall construction and suitable fixings. Tiles or a plasterboard finish do not show the full supporting structure. Supplied fixings may not suit every wall.
Check for hidden services before drilling. Keep the vent, valves and any controls accessible. A towel rail is not a grab rail or a support for body weight unless specifically designed and approved for that use.
