How it Works

To qualify for a price match, the competitor’s product must meet these simple criteria:

• Identical Match: The item must be the exact same model, color, size, and specification.

• In Stock: Both we and the competitor must have the item in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

• UK-Based: The price must be from a legitimate UK website.

• Verifiable: The price must be publicly visible. If it's not online, we’ll just need a photo of the price tag and the store’s contact details.

What’s Included?

• Public Promo Codes: If a competitor has a live discount code available to everyone, we’ll match it.

• 7-Day Peace of Mind: Already bought it? No problem. Contact us within 7 days of your order and we’ll refund the difference.

What’s Excluded?

While we strive to match every price, there are a few things we can't include:

• Service Charges: Delivery fees, installation, and protection plans.

• Exclusive Discounts: Prices restricted to specific groups (e.g., NHS/Blue Light, Students, Staff, or Trade).

• Closed Memberships: Prices behind a paywall or requiring a paid subscription/loyalty scheme.

• Marketplaces: Products sold via third-party sellers on sites like eBay or Amazon Marketplace.

• Errors: We cannot match clear pricing errors or suspected fraudulent listings.

We reserve the right to decline a price match if we suspect unauthorized reseller activity or fraudulent behavior.
