You may return most new and unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery to receive a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for instance, if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to Coventry Radiator. We highly recommend using an insured and recorded service for your returns. We will not accept returns that are damaged or lost in transit. If the package is not in resealable condition or lacks its original packaging, Coventry Radiator reserves the right to refuse the refund, or we may deduct up to 20% of the original purchase price from your refund. This will not affect your statutory consumer rights. You should anticipate receiving your refund within 10 working days after handing your package to the return shipper; however, in many instances, you may receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the duration it takes us to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail regarding your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
