Delivery options, dispatch times and what to expect when your order arrives.
Delivery and dispatch
We dispatch orders on working days. For in-stock towel radiators ordered before 1pm, delivery is usually the next working day to most Mainland UK postcodes. Delivery can take up to 48 hours after dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm are normally dispatched on the next working day. Weekends, bank holidays and postcode exceptions can affect timing.
Delivery charges
Free shipping is available on eligible orders over £25. Any delivery charge or postcode restriction for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Please contact us before ordering if you need to confirm delivery to your postcode.
Couriers and tracking
Towel radiators are usually sent through UPS. Accessories may be sent through Evri or UPS. Check your dispatch message for the courier and tracking details for your order.
Receiving your order
Please arrange for someone to receive the delivery. If you miss it, follow the courier’s instructions to arrange another delivery, or contact us for help. If you would like delivery to a neighbour, add a note at checkout and contact us; availability depends on the courier.
Delayed, damaged or missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and help resolve it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
