We offer complimentary next day delivery to the majority of Mainland UK postcodes through UPS for all Towel Rail Radiators, All Next Day Delivery shipments are trackable and can be rescheduled on the UPS website by entering your tracking number and postcode:
Accessories are sent via Evri/Hermes or UPS for orders of 2 or more. We only ship products on weekdays. Our cut-off time is 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
If I am not at home when the delivery arrives, what will occur?
We always recommend that someone is present to receive the delivery, as failing to do so may lead to a re-delivery fee being imposed. If the courier has left a calling card, you may reach out to them directly to arrange for delivery at a more suitable time. In the absence of a calling card, we can assist you in re-scheduling the delivery. Alternatively, if you have purchased a radiator, you can reschedule your shipment at https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_GB&requester=ST/- the official UPS tracking website.
