Return & Refund Policy

At Coventry Radiator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items according to the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new and unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery to receive a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If the returned item is not in resealable condition or is missing the original packaging, Coventry Radiator reserves the right to:

Refuse the return, or

Deduct up to 20% of the original purchase price from the refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning items to Coventry Radiator.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Coventry Radiator cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

However, we will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error, such as:

You received the wrong item, or

The product arrived defective or damaged.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately 10 working days after handing your package to the return shipper, although in many cases refunds may be issued sooner.

The estimated timeline includes:

5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us

3–5 business days for inspection and processing

5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

Log in to your customer account on our website.

Go to My Account and open the Completed Orders section.

Select your order and click the “Return Item(s)” option.

Follow the instructions provided.
