We can ship to virtually any address in the UK, When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. The delivery date estimates will be displayed on the shipping quotes page. For many of the items we sell, shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the products. The heavier the item, the higher the shipping cost may be. The final shipping rate will be calculated during checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method you select.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to Us. We strongly recommend using an insured and tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot accept returns that are damaged or lost during transit.
- If the item is not in resealable condition or is missing its original packaging, We reserves the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

To return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order under the "Complete Orders" section in the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified by email once we've received and processed your returned item.
