Designed for electric towel radiators and heated towel rails, the controller allows the temperature to be adjusted between 45°C and 65°C. The BOOST function can run the element for 1 to 5 hours before automatically switching off, making it useful for warming and drying towels when required.

The element uses a standard 1/2" BSP threaded connection and is available with an approximately 300mm heating rod in the 300W version or 450mm heating rod in the 500W version.

Choose between Black and Chrome to coordinate the controller with your towel radiator and bathroom fittings. The black version works particularly well with modern black towel radiators and matching accessories, while the chrome version provides a coordinated appearance with polished chrome towel rails, taps, showers and bathroom fittings.

Adjustable Temperature Control

In normal constant-temperature operation, the heating element can be set between 45°C and 65°C. Temperature is adjusted in 5°C increments, providing five settings:

45°C
50°C
55°C
60°C
65°C

The default constant-temperature setting is 65°C. Once the desired temperature has been selected, the controller enters its working state after approximately five seconds without further input.

1–5 Hour BOOST Timer

The built-in BOOST mode provides timed heating for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours. Each blue indicator represents one hour, and the default BOOST setting is 2 hours.

During BOOST mode, the heating temperature is fixed at 65°C. Once the selected heating period has finished, the element automatically switches off.

This is particularly useful when you want to warm or dry towels for a set period without leaving the heating element operating continuously.

Simple LED Heating Status

The controller uses LED indicators to make its operating status easy to identify. When the element is actively heating, the light at the power button displays red. When the element is powered but not currently heating, the indicator displays blue.

Which Wattage Should I Choose?

The electric heating element should be correctly matched to the size and specification of your heated towel radiator. The 300W version has an approximately 300mm element rod, while the 500W version has an approximately 450mm element rod.

Always check both the towel radiator manufacturer's recommended electric element wattage and the available internal space before ordering. Do not select an element based on physical rod length alone.

Installation & Compatibility

This heating element is intended for use with a compatible towel radiator suitable for standalone electric operation. The element uses a standard 1/2" BSP threaded connection.

Before installation, confirm that your towel radiator is suitable for electric use, has a compatible 1/2" BSP connection, provides sufficient internal space for the selected heating element and is suitable for the selected element wattage.
